SUBLEASES
Make excess capacity useful.
Show remaining term, usable power, access, contract restrictions and consent status. Public descriptions can be blind; do not publish sensitive facility or tenant information.
Nothing invented. Nothing implied.
No listings have been published. A paid feature buys visibility, not our endorsement, certification, warranty, transaction representation or guaranteed sale. Users conduct their own diligence and contract directly.
How marketplace listing works
- What you get: a time-boxed listing or labeled feature on this venue. We do not broker the deal, collect deposits, or take a sales commission.
- What to prepare: authorized owner/operator, market, specs (critical IT MW separate from utility/generation when relevant), availability window, commercial terms, and non-confidential authority or consent context. Keep exact sensitive site addresses and client names out of public copy.
- Checkout: accept Terms and Posting Terms, then Stripe when configured (otherwise email inquiry). Proposed durations: capacity/sublease 60 days; housing 30 days per property/market; gear/ITAD feature 30 days; capacity/sublease feature +30 days.
- After paying: complete the intake form below and wait for review. Payment does not publish or certify the listing. See Next steps.
- Refunds & moderation: cancel or correct before publication via [email protected]. Published approved placements are non-refundable except where required by law or if we fail to deliver. We may remove prohibited content. Details: Listing and Posting Terms.
