What this static site does
This version serves public static pages and JSON files. Submission forms prepare messages in your browser; no submission database or backend receives those fields by default. If you review and send an email, your email provider and our mailbox process the message. A mailto link is not a completed signup or upload.
Data we may receive
We may receive email addresses and inquiry content you choose to send, listing details you authorize for publication, processor receipt/reference information, and newsletter consent/preferences through an approved provider. Do not submit identity documents, financial credentials, confidential client material, private contracts or sensitive site details. Never put card details into these forms.
Use and sharing
We use received information to answer inquiries, review and deliver agreed placements, operate opted-in newsletters, prevent abuse, maintain records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell subscriber lists, worker profiles or private contact details. Public listing text is visible only when authorized and actually published. Payment, email, newsletter and hosting providers process data for their services under their own policies. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and service security.
Configurable providers
Currently no newsletter endpoint or embed is configured and all Stripe URLs are empty. Until configured, controls use an email fallback. If an approved newsletter POST endpoint or embed is enabled later, the form or embed sends data directly to that provider, whose confirmation, cookies, retention and unsubscribe rules apply. Card details, if a Stripe link is later enabled, are entered on Stripe, not collected by this site.
Logs, preferences and tracking
The hosting provider may collect ordinary access logs such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamp; its practices depend on the deployed host. This version includes no analytics or advertising tracking code. A light/dark preference may be stored locally in your browser; form content is not stored in local storage. Third-party sites or optional embeds may use their own tracking and cookies; we do not control those services.
Retention and choices
We retain received information only as needed for the inquiry, service, legal recordkeeping and security purposes, then delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable. Exact retention periods will depend on the approved operating process and applicable law. Request access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal at [email protected]. Legal recordkeeping and other lawful exceptions may apply. Newsletter recipients can use the provider unsubscribe link or contact us. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Security and rights
No system or email channel is guaranteed secure. Limit what you send and use an agreed secure channel for any later sensitive engagement. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional privacy rights, including complaint rights to an applicable regulator; this policy does not narrow them.
