How marketplace listing works

What to prepare: authorized owner/operator, market, specs (critical IT MW separate from utility/generation when relevant), availability window, commercial terms, and non-confidential authority or consent context. Keep exact sensitive site addresses and client names out of public copy.
Checkout: accept Terms and Posting Terms, then Stripe when configured (otherwise email inquiry). Proposed durations: capacity/sublease 60 days; housing 30 days per property/market; gear/ITAD feature 30 days; capacity/sublease feature +30 days.
